Our position
Built around the handover, not the contract
Most companies in this market are organised around a single transaction: a build, a campaign, a report. The client is left to carry everything that happens between those transactions — the coordination, the follow-up, the arguments about whose scope a problem belongs to.
Innova Group is organised the other way around. Our service lines were chosen because they sit next to each other in a real client's life: you build a space, you check it before you accept it, you keep it running, you tell the market about it, and you make the whole operation smarter over time.
How we operate
Small teams, written scope, one lead
Every engagement has a named lead who owns the outcome. Every proposal states what is included and what is not. Every project ends with documentation you keep — drawings, registers, asset lists, reports — so the knowledge stays with you rather than with us.
We are deliberate about the work we take on. If a brief needs a specialism we don't have, we say so and help you find it.
