A contractor's job is to deliver their scope profitably. Somebody has to hold the whole programme, verify what's been paid for and say no when it matters. That is our role.
Innova acts as your representative from the moment there is a brief. We shape the scope, run the tender, administer the contract, monitor the programme and cost, inspect the quality and close the project out with a documented handover.
The engagement is deliberately independent: where we are project managing, we are not also the contractor. You get advice that isn't defending its own margin.

As early as possible — ideally before the design is tendered, when decisions about scope and budget are still inexpensive to change. We can also take over mid-project.
Not on the same project. Where Innova is the client's project manager, the construction is delivered by a separate contractor so our advice stays independent.
A monthly pack covering programme status, cost against budget, variations, risks, quality observations and photographs — plus immediate written notice of anything that threatens a date or a number.
