Expensive speakers in an untreated room sound worse than modest speakers in a treated one. Most disappointing cinemas are a room problem wearing an equipment problem's clothes.
We start with the space: dimensions, reflections, seating distance, sightlines and where the noise is coming from. Only then do we specify equipment, and we specify it to suit the room rather than a price list.
Every installation is calibrated on completion — picture and sound measured and adjusted, not left at factory defaults — and handed over with a control system simple enough that guests can use it.

Yes, and it usually produces a better room. We provide acoustic and technical requirements early so the designer can absorb them into the finishes rather than work around them afterwards.
Either. We can supply and install as part of the package, or specify the schedule and install equipment you procure yourself.
In most cases, yes. We start with a system audit and a calibration check, then propose a service agreement based on what we find.
