Before you ask
How quickly can visits start?
Usually within a week of the walkthrough. Tell us your travel dates and we will schedule the first visit around them.
Is this the same as a maintenance contract?
It complements one. Maintenance keeps the systems serviced; Home Watch keeps eyes on the property between services — and the two are run by the same team, so nothing falls between them.
Can you look after pets and plants?
Yes. Pet feeding, plant watering and mail handling are part of the visit routine, on the schedule you set. We speak English, German and Arabic.
What happens in an emergency?
The visit team is backed by our 24/7 maintenance line. Anything affecting safety, security or habitability is escalated immediately and coordinated until it is resolved.

متى تبدأ الزيارات؟
عادةً خلال أسبوع من الجولة التعريفية. أخبرنا بمواعيد سفرك وسنجدول الزيارة الأولى حولها.
هل هذه هي نفسها عقد الصيانة؟
هي مكمّلة له. الصيانة تُبقي الأنظمة في حالة خدمة، ومراقبة المنازل تُبقي العين على العقار بين الزيارات — والاثنتان يديرهما الفريق نفسه فلا يسقط شيءٌ بينهما.
هل تعتنون بالحيوانات الأليفة والنباتات؟
نعم. إطعام الحيوانات وسقاية النباتات واستلام البريد جزء من روتين الزيارة، وفق الجدول الذي تحدده. نتحدث الإنجليزية والألمانية والعربية.
ماذا يحدث في الطوارئ؟
فريق الزيارات يسانده خط صيانتنا العامل على مدار الساعة. كل ما يمسّ السلامة أو الأمن أو صلاحية السكن يُصعَّد فوراً ويُتابَع حتى يُحل.
