The offer
Most operational pain in a growing business is not a people problem. It is a structure problem: decisions with no owner, processes that live in someone's head, and reporting that arrives too late to act on.
We diagnose that structure honestly — through interviews, process mapping and a look at the actual numbers — and then rebuild the parts that are failing. Target operating model, documented procedures, delegation of authority, financial controls, performance measures.
Recommendations are only half the job. We stay through implementation, because an unimplemented report changes nothing.

Questions
Light. It is typically two to four weeks of interviews and document review, taking an hour or so from each participant, with normal operations continuing throughout.
We write them with your team, in your language, and hand over editable source documents. Procedures written entirely by outsiders tend not to survive contact with the people doing the work.
We help you select it and design the workflow around it, and can coordinate the vendor's implementation. For AI-specific systems, our AI practice builds and deploys directly.
