The offer
Most property problems in this climate are predictable: AC performance, water systems, seals, electrical loads. They become expensive only when nobody is watching the schedule.
We build a maintenance regime around your actual assets — surveyed, listed and given a service interval — then run it to a calendar you can see. Reactive call-outs still happen, and we staff for them, but the aim is to make them rare.
We cover private villas and apartments, offices, clinics, retail units and mixed-use buildings, either as an annual contract or as part of a handover from one of our own construction projects.

Coverage depends on the package and the asset survey carried out at the start of the contract.

Home Care
For owners who travel, spend the summer abroad or split the year between homes. We look after the house, the pets and the plants, and deal with anything that comes up before it turns into a problem.
Scheduled walk-throughs inside and out — AC, humidity, water, drains, doors and windows — with a photo report after every visit.
Feeding, fresh water, litter and company for pets who stay at home, on the routine you set.
Indoor plants and balcony pots watered and checked, so you come back to the greenery you left.
Post collected, deliveries received, and anything urgent flagged to you straight away.
Letting in contractors, meeting deliveries and handling whatever comes up while you're away.

العناية المنزلية
لملّاكٍ يسافرون، أو يقضون الصيف في الخارج، أو يوزّعون العام بين أكثر من منزل. نعتني بالبيت والحيوانات والنباتات، ونتعامل مع كل ما يستجد قبل أن يتحوّل إلى مشكلة.
جولات مجدولة في الداخل والخارج — التكييف والرطوبة والمياه والصرف والأبواب والنوافذ — مع تقرير مصوّر بعد كل زيارة.
إطعام، وماء نظيف، وتنظيف الفضلات، وصحبة للحيوانات التي تبقى في المنزل، وفق الروتين الذي تحدده.
نباتات داخلية وأُصص شرفات تُروى وتُتفقَّد، لتعود إلى الخضرة كما تركتها.
بريد يُجمَع، وشحنات تُستلَم، وكل عاجلٍ يُرفَع إليك فوراً.
إدخال المقاولين، واستلام التوصيلات، ومعالجة كل ما يطرأ أثناء غيابك.

How it works
We walk the property, list every serviceable asset and record its age, condition and service history.
Each asset gets an interval and a task list. You receive the annual calendar before the contract starts.
Planned visits are documented with photographs and readings. Reactive calls are logged and tracked to closure.
Monthly service records, an annual condition report and a forecast of what will need replacing next.
كيف نعمل
نجول في العقار، ونسجّل كل أصلٍ قابل للخدمة، ونوثّق عمره وحالته وسجل خدمته.
كل أصلٍ يأخذ فترة خدمة وقائمة مهام. وتستلم التقويم السنوي قبل بدء العقد.
الزيارات المخططة توثَّق بالصور والقراءات. والاستدعاءات الطارئة تُسجَّل وتُتابَع حتى الإقفال.
سجلات خدمة شهرية، وتقرير حالة سنوي، وتوقعات بما سيحتاج إلى استبدالٍ لاحقاً.
Questions
Yes. Our Home Care service covers regular property checks, pet feeding, plant watering, mail and general support while you're away. It can run for a single trip, a whole summer or year-round, on its own or alongside a maintenance contract.
Yes. Most of our maintenance contracts are on properties built by others. We start with an asset survey to establish the baseline condition before taking responsibility.
Anything affecting safety, security or habitability — water ingress, power loss, total AC failure, drainage backup, fire system faults. These are covered by the 24/7 line on Care Plus and Integrated FM.
Labour on minor repairs is included from Care Plus upward. Consumables and replacement parts are charged at cost with prior approval above an agreed threshold.

نعم. خدمة الرعاية المنزلية لدينا تشمل زيارات التفقّد المنتظمة، وإطعام الحيوانات، وريّ النباتات، والبريد، والدعم العام أثناء غيابك. ويمكن أن تمتد لرحلةٍ واحدة أو صيفٍ كامل أو على مدار السنة، وحدها أو إلى جانب عقد صيانة.
نعم. معظم عقود صيانتنا على عقاراتٍ بناها آخرون. نبدأ بمسحٍ للأصول لتثبيت الحالة المرجعية قبل تحمّل المسؤولية.
كل ما يمسّ السلامة أو الأمن أو صلاحية السكن — تسرّب المياه، انقطاع الكهرباء، تعطّل التكييف كلياً، انسداد الصرف، أعطال أنظمة الحريق. يغطيها الخط العامل على مدار الساعة ٢٤/٧ في باقتَي «عناية بلس» و«إدارة مرافق متكاملة».
أجور العمالة في الإصلاحات الصغيرة مشمولة بدءاً من «عناية بلس». أما المواد الاستهلاكية وقطع الغيار فتُحتسب بسعر التكلفة، مع موافقةٍ مسبقة فوق حدٍّ متفق عليه.
